this is silly dispute most of the time when there's a sign in that means it is public but you still need to sign in because they don't know they need. they have restrictions on people coming in so they would know who's going to their building. so when they have an issue they will check all the cameras and that sign in sheet. why would you dispute that? and don't tell me you don't have ID or sub ID. they all drive don't tell me walk from your place to the building. normally in the US it's like 30-40 minutes to drive. so you're saying you've walked through the building for almost an hour? I don't believe that
