i have question, i thought tropical storm was just new storm and when i check the last time it spawned it was aug 5 and when i clicked on it, it shows the time when maymay was still a storm so meaning we all thought that maymay died because of typhoon dolphin but it randomly revived and changed to another name which we know today is tropical storm peilou
