Peelz plates. I got them here on the TikTok shop and it has decreased the amount of dishes that I have to wash load into the dishwasher and then put away by 95%.

My OAS chair. I didn’t realize how much I’d limited myself until I didn’t have to worry about distance or how long I’d be standing. Plus it’s light enough I can move it myself if needed when it’s folded.

8 pairs of the same really comfy stretchy pants that are good for hot or mild weather and can double as pajamas when I’m too tired to change at bedtime.

Hate how medical-looking shower chairs are? Look into sauna stools. No backs or arm rests, but for those who only need to sit it’s excellent. Mine is foldable and saves SO MUCH space.

Divorce. 15/10 highly recommend.
If you have chronic illness AND the ability to cuts the shitty toxic people out your life and relocate, Do IT. fuck them toxic ass people places and things. you cannot heal in the place that feeds you poison. Its hard, but not as hard as giving up your life to an Unnecessary Illness. Get busy with your mental health providers to get control over your bodies.
Remission is possible with Chronic Illnesses.
