The mgr who reprimanded the associate in the lobby needs to be held accountable. In addition to this needing to be a private conversation he clearly had no idea what was happening and signed something he didn’t understand. Absolutely blood boiling to see an associate treated like this, especially a senior! I’ll take my money and get fat somewhere else.

Please check out the TikTok video of the manager giving a write up to an employee in front of customers. I would assume this is a policy violation. Someone commented that the employee being spoken to has worked there 20 years with no issue and this manager is trying to get him fired. Please do the right thing and look into it. This is not how others should be treated.
