@daisyrv3: THINGS YOUR RV MANUAL TELLS YOU THAT YOU’RE IGNORING The manual isn't bedtime reading. But five pages of it will save you thousands. Crack it open. Your slide-out seals need lubrication. Not just inspection. The manual tells you how often and with what product. Skip it and the seals dry out, crack, and let water in behind your walls. By the time you see the stain, the damage is done. Your generator has a break-in procedure. New generators need to run at specific load levels for specific intervals before they're considered broken in. Run it wrong early and you shorten its lifespan before you ever needed it. Your axles have grease points and a recommended schedule. Dry bearings don't give you a warning. They seize. At highway speed. The manual tells you exactly which fittings and how often. Your max tire PSI is NOT your recommended tire PSI. The number on the sidewall is the maximum rating. Your manual gives you the correct pressure based on your rig's actual loaded weight. Running max on an underloaded axle wears the center of the tread and changes how the rig handles and brakes.
