The Ghirardelli chocolate chip cookies form the store were really disappointing. They were just mid and I expected much better. I did however enjoy the chocolate chip brownie cookie so I'll stick with that if I need a quick cookie fix but I prefer to have dough in the freezer ready to bake

I use the butternut bakery best chocolate chip cookies recipe but I use more brown sugar and less granulated. It’s nice and chewy and not overly sweet if you use dark chocolate
