The only time I had someone compliment my perfume was when I worked at a little store that sold oils and incense. It was usually stocking day so I smelled like 10 to 20 different scents at a time .😅

Stop getting toilettes or parfums. Get either colognes or eau de parfums. They last longer because of how they’re made. Yes it matters!!!!!

I get so nose blind to my own scents. But I went to the doctor a few weeks ago and the nurse was like “oh my goshhh what are you wearing it smells SOOO good!!” So other people can definitely smell it 🧚🏼♀️

getting told i smell good is the best compliment. one time a girl could tell i used black ice little trees in my car bc i smelt like them which wasn’t necessarily the goal but it worked out either way.

It’s could just be your nose getting used to the fragrance on your skin. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve sworn my perfume has worn off and then someone compliments it.

i worked in a stinky axe throwing bar and still got compliments ALL the time on my perfume. this is it! like that place genuinely smelled terrible 24/7 and the perfume never went away

Honestly, perfumes that spray never last long in my experience. I have a tiny bottle of oil-based stuff that I drop onto my wrists to apply, rubbed the excess on a coat TWO YEARS AGO and that coat still smells like the perfume/oil. I mean I don't wear it very often but for it to keep the smell that long is crazy

i got a lush perfume and pair it with my sol de janeiro and my boss literally starting sniffing the air and said “you smell so good like cotton candy” and then at the store i walked past the line and someone said it suddenly smelt like cotton candy then yesterday someone stopped me to say i smelled good like cotton candy, it’s supposed to smell like caramelized popcorn but i guess it’s giving cotton candy😭
