One-Pan Steak, Roasted Potatoes, Eggs & Chimichurri Sauce! Full recipe on my Substack - link in bio I started by roasting halved potatoes in a PFAS-free pan until golden and crispy. While the potatoes were cooking, I made a classic chimichurri and seasoned a Black Angus entrecôte with a chimichurri rub. The steak was grilled over blazing hot cast iron, sliced and added back to the pan. Five eggs were cracked alongside the potatoes, then everything was finished with a generous drizzle of fresh chimichurri.
