Hi bring him/her to the vet soon to deworm. Right now stimulate them because it’s a kitten how to stimulate, first get a cotton ball bring it under warm water then rub it on the private this will allow it to poop and pee to simulate a mom letting it go to make sure it doesn’t get constipated and die. You can also use paper towels at that age. They will not use the litter box or a regular cat food.
