Has to be a stunt, I used to teach piano for a family in that same neighborhood, (hidden hills) down the street from Kim, (yes I know for sure) the security in that neighborhood is pretty tight. you have to be on a pre approved list and have specific approval from each household on a specific day. However if this is true the person would’ve had approval and been on the list from one of the other households in the neighborhood, there’s probably 100 houses or so at most in that section. That would be my best guess if he has a Lexus. And he maybe would’ve been connected to some other rich person there. wouldn’t be hard to find. her house is also all surrounded by tall trees/bushes blocking the view but there is an opening enough for two cars, it’s not gated and just wide open in that area. Wouldn’t be hard to break into at all once you’re in the neighborhood, you can see straight to her front door. Most likely and employee or friend from one of the other houses in the neighborhood
