I was on and hiking around there the last couple weekends and live here. It’s barely rained. Of course it’s gonna have swampy parts. Many lakes with shallow transition areas have swampy bits. It’s a huge lake connecting to several creek systems and a major river.

it very well cud b on Broken Bow Lake. Couple friends and I caught a 7 footr on the upper Mt. Fork ovr 40 yrs ago. Released him in Little River by Tysons. So they hav been in the area for years. Just b alert at all times.
