The “your scalp is shining” comment made me laugh because I’ve literally had that moment 😭 The worst part is realizing it’s not just the lighting… your hair really is getting thinner. I started learning about DHT and scalp health and added Blarvik Pumpkin Seed Oil to my routine.

This is funny but also kinda real 😭 A lot of women hide their thinning hair because nobody talks about it. I started noticing my scalp more in certain lighting too. Learning about DHT changed the way I look at hair care.
