Pregnancy isnt sunshine and rainbows. It is very invasive process with guranteed harm, but it can also be something beautiful. They are talking about pregnancy not motherhood as a whole. Plenty of women would rather abort. Pregnancy is scary to a lot of people, denying that does not give you absolutely anything.
