Instead of having your hand in the cage have it outside the cage and gradually start putting it in once they get more comfortable! Also get a long peice of millet and hold it by the base and hold it near them, have it at a good enough distance where they dont run away they slowly start coming to you and associate you with food which will make them more comfortable faster.😁

Use millet to train them. It will take time and patience. To them you’re an outsider… gotta become one of the flock.

Take out the mirror as it’s bad for their mental health and if you can try to remove all the bells because cheap small bells are made with low quality metal and over time can poison them also next time if you buy toys perches etc for them try to find natural uncolored ones as some brands use unsafe coloring for animals

: USE FOOD!!!! I’m getting 2 budgies and 1 cockatiel so I learned food is the best for tame and you have to be patient! Also remove the mirror they can get aggressive. Please get them some wood or real wood perches everywhere especially on the door and top! If you open the door you can have them out the cage time! And get some chewing toy they love to chew like wood or shredding toys also don’t use plastic and hard metal like bells. Maybe some forging toys and get some stuff on the bottom. That’s the best I can tell you. Also don’t move your hand just keep it still. Byee! Hope this goes well!

it definitely takes time! I have 5 parkeets. They have their wings clipped so I'm assuming you got them from a pet store (I did too), are you planning to let their wings grow?

instead of moving ur hand towards them try js leaving you hand in the cage on something without trying to interact with them to teach them that your hands are not scary
