Amino acid supplements should not replace more than a small amount (5-10%) of your whole protein goal.

I’m a personal trainer in anderson sc, and I’m genuinely not trying to judge you or tell you what you should do! ❤️I noticed you’re getting around 280g of protein, 60g of fat, and 96g of carbs. If your goal is to gain weight and build muscle, you likely don’t need that much protein. Around 0.7–1g per pound of body weight is generally plenty, and even up to ~1.2g/lb is more than enough for most people focused on maximizing muscle growth. I’d personally put more of those calories toward carbs and fats, especially since carbs can help fuel your workouts. The most important thing for gaining weight is being in a consistent calorie surplus while getting adequate protein and strength training. Just sharing as a trainer—not judging at all! 🫶

Just my opinion, wouldn't take in 150g of protein daily. Too much protein can make your liver and kidney work harder than it should. Just to name 2.
Love your guys content but feel that because you aren't a doc/nurse/nutritionist people should not be worrief/care what you are taking in, nor should you be doing any recommendations. As someone that has been in the business studying health/food, I wouldn't recommend thisese supplements in the amounts that you are.
Again, love your content with Kevin.

With all respect, a healthy balanced diet consists of proteins, carbs, and fats coming from Whole Foods not supplements

If you’re taking 30 a day? You’re getting 150 grams of protein before you even count eaten macros?

Too much protein can be super damaging to the kidneys. We need to stop trying to come up with food "hacks" and get back to just eating whole, natural foods. We were never meant to eat processed foods like this

Essential AAs means our bodies don’t naturally produce them. Complete protein sources provide all the AAs required, including the EAAs. Complete protein sources are chicken, beef, any meat really. You can also combine incomplete sources to make complete: black beans & brown rice. All of this to say - essential doesn’t mean we can’t get them in normal food. It means we can’t make them in our bodies (with all the love 🫶)

You should never be taking in more protein than what your body weighs. You should be getting in one gram per each lb of body weight ❤️😳

The filet & shrimp very good, but no color on the dish except that 1/2 a tomato? No greens or yellows or…? What about vitamins & fiber? Just if you’re going to show folks food ideas for healthy eating shouldn’t it be showing better rounded meal? At least you had the veggies at breakfast & the orange.
