the fabric on yours might just be a little too thick. my husband tried the moby wrap and it looked like that and he hated it. He tried my Solly wrap and loved it even though it’s a girly print lol

I have the Momcozy hands free wrap carrier & it’s easy to assemble. You can literally put it on & off without re-wrapping. It’s snug & fits like a shirt in my opinion.
