I really don't like the idea of that much extra virgin olive oil. that stuff is so unbelievably bitter 😣. I would definitely use coconut oil

Oh I love this! I’m def making this but w/o the sugar. I’m adding honey to the wet mix after I cook it. This will make a great cereal as well. I may even add this mix to make energy balls for my kids. So many ideas from one recipe. Thank you!✌️🧡
