Rest means something very different to me now then it did several years ago. Now, rest to me is just as important as hard work, dedication and resistance. Its ensuring I make time for me, taking a 'real' break or annual leave from work, its 'im off duty, mum is now done for today', its enjoying my lazy day in bed surrounded by bed snacks and feeling great about it. Its recharge, time out and reset of my motivation and sanity.
