There is a spanish maxilofacial that does a lot of DJS in like only 2h (he does a lot of cases anually) and he has botched a lot of people because he has a lot of marketing and get to delete bad reviews. You Dont only Need to Go to specialists but you Also Need to read every córner of internet once you have options

Should be common knowledge atp. Even recently when I talked to my local OMFS he said he wouldn’t perform certain osteotomies because he hasn’t practiced them in years. Investigate their residency and surgical training, how many cases they perform, recent case volumes, and how often they perform them
