So true!! As a blk father I was training my 11 year old son. I was so frustrated that he couldn’t do what I was showing him. I know he has it in him because I was pretty damn good as a rb back in the 90’s. I just didn’t know how to teach him with words because I was the action. Eventually I started putting him in camps. It was a free coaching lesson for me watching how the college coaches did it. By his junior year I finally learned how to coach him
