This pisses me off. Every-time I learn something new with dental hygiene I blame dentists for lying to us. I specifically remember tv commercials telling us as kids to floss brush and rinse and yall always had ads with kids rinsing with water. Even now it’s still heavily emphasised to brush and rinse with wash or water😡

I tongue scrape, rinse with water, use listerine mouth wash, then brush my teeth,spit out the toothpaste without water and then put my aligners on afterwards. An advise from my Orthodontist.
