I stayed in this hotel and I had the worst experience in my life, water got shut down for a reason they never explained, imagen the hundreds of people without water for 4 days, we were using the pool water to shower and to use the toilet, everyone was carrying water with bottles and buckets from the pools around it, so everyone started to get sick, food poisoning. and to make matters worse, they never apologized or gave credit for the disaster unless you are a member of the Riu hotel. came back to US and had to go see a doctor to get treated for food poisoning.. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER..
