@the_amy_effect: The GL🫛 advice I will NOT be taking… We went back to school last week and I’ve already caught the latest elementary school germ special. I love these kids, but they are GERMY. Someone told me to stop my GL🫛 because I have a cold. Not happening. There ARE times your doctor may want you to pause: surgery, certain illnesses, dehydration, etc. But a simple cold doesn’t automatically mean stopping. So I’m taking care of myself, staying hydrated, taking my med as prescribed, and I’m still moving my body. Progress, staying consistent, not stopping your med when it’s not convenient. When in doubt, always ask your doctor.
