I specifically need help with my backward invert once I’ve done two climbs, for example. I often see some of the girls use momentum of the pole to help them with invert (almost like they are falling into the invert - I may not be explaining this well 😅). I feel heavy in the air trying to get my legs up. I know the same technique holds but could you demonstrate the basics after two climbs and the technique points from there - leg motions, getting the pole in your hip area. I’m quite comfortable with inverts, the heaviness is just something I struggle with aerial backward inverts. 🥹

My hand slide down when I’m doing the normal invert, like I’m grabbing myself down so I can not put my knee on the pole easily
