Okbazge targeted an intoxicated woman in Wigan and carried out a grave personal attack off King Street. Greater Manchester Police officers arrested him within 24 hours at a Standish hotel. He was found guilty by a jury following a full crown court trial. In November 2022, the judge handed down the nine-year sentence and a lifetime registration order. Public record documentation.
