@bethroseofficial_: this is where external anchoring starts costing you more than your peace. because if your nervous system is constantly checking the outside world to figure out whether you’re okay, eventually you start checking it before you decide what you want too. you have the idea. then you think about what they’ll think. you want to say no. then you imagine their reaction. you make a decision. then you start looking for reassurance that it was the right one. you want to post something, start something, leave something, change something, ask for more, take the risk and before you’ve even had a chance to fully experience what YOU want, you’re already outside of yourself checking how it might land. this is how external anchoring quietly starts making your life smaller. you hesitate. you overthink. you explain. you second guess. you wait until you feel supported. you change your mind when someone questions you. you abandon things you were excited about because someone else didn’t understand. and eventually you can become so used to checking outside of yourself that you genuinely don’t know what YOU think until you know what everyone else thinks. imagine how much changes when your first instinct becomes staying with yourself. when you can make the decision and let someone disagree. take the risk and let someone not understand. be seen and survive being judged. want something without needing anyone else to validate why you want it. that is the kind of freedom i’m talking about when i talk about re-anchoring. because this work reaches so much further than getting someone out of your head. it changes who gets to make your decisions. inside the liberation portal, you recognize where you’re externally anchored, catch the moment you leave yourself, and actually build the capacity to stay. your life gets a whole lot bigger when everyone else stops getting a vote. #reanchored #nervoussystem #somatichealing #innerpeace #HealingJourney
