People can apologize all day long and it’s never enough. “Tik Tok, do your thing!” And then people proceed to dox people..cause them to lose their families, friends, their jobs, their livelihoods, their homes. Just Strangers.. and then there is celebration. 😐

I had to stop commenting on videos because people were never seeking to understand they were seeking to be mad and morally superior. Barely anyone is arguing form a place of reason and half of the discourse doesn’t exit irl. 😭

i saw someone mentioning the other day that they can’t find any videos that just laughing giggle and it’s so true because this app can become the discourse machine so fast and it’s exhausting, but it also is so transparent when it comes to certain people

I honestly think it's because everyone is struggling so much in their personal lives that they just seek out anything they can to get their anger out on and they genuinely get excited when new discourse starts because it gives them something new to focus on. not even trying to be funny when I say it's a real recession indicator when an app turns into a dumpster fire like this
