I've noticed how the visualization method barely works for everyone because most of the people are doing it wrong that's why it's hard to focus. Visualizing isn't about imagining the whole scene, it's more about feeling the scene you're imagining. It doesn't have to be a perfect scene or a story, just feel. Like how you'd feel if you already had the thing you want. And then after that, you tell yourself it's a scene and feeling from the future. Hope this helps !

I love these! I have been feeling so calm and just at peace not needing to chase or look. I have changed my phone wallpaper to a picture of my SP and I from awhile ago and I just KNOW he is thinking about only me because I am his girlfriend and there is nobody better than me.
