I tried sending a message but do you have experience with air hunger in menapause? I’ve been dealing with it for many years and checked everything from thyroid, heart, lungs etc. it seems to be hormonal. Many women in my FB groups report this as well but no one can tell us how to fix it. All my labs are great so it’s not that either. I am on estrogen .0375 and it does help but not gone. I have had a hysterectomy as well. Maybe u can do a video on this If you have experience with it
