I try to do this with my chores: instead of being like, “ughh, I don’t want to go mow the lawn” l try to remind myself that I’m lucky to have a house with a nice lawn that needs to be mowed. This works for all chores including paying bills even though that seems crazy. I’m thankful to have bills to pay for services I’m grateful to have.

💯 correct- but also remember that this only applies for a small %of the world population today. I have always told my sons that they were born in the lucky country 🇦🇺. To have the simple things in life, fresh air and water, food on the table and a roof over their head. But it’s also about perspective- some of the happiest and genuine people I have met around the world have what most westerners say have nothing. 🤔🤔🤔
