Oh yeah... I had 5 massive bites from my arm being above the covers in one night in florance.... Mosquito bands on from then on haha

start taking vitamin b1 thiamine 2 weeks before you travel. I always take it in summer. they hate the taste of it in your blood and don't bite

antihistamines, use insect repellent or tea tree mixed with moisturise religiously and vics vapour rub for bites if you dont have insect cream.
