A massive new billboard in the heart of Manhattan has a message for NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani: “Thanks for the jobs!” The Florida Chamber of Commerce named Mamdani its “Economic Developer of the Year,” saying New York’s progressive tax policies are helping push businesses, wealth and residents toward the Sunshine State. The Chamber says the campaign is about more than a little trolling — it’s meant to make a broader case for lower taxes and free enterprise as Florida continues to attract people and businesses from high-tax states. And they picked one of New York City’s busiest corners to make sure the message gets noticed.
