@streep.usa: A 20-year-old former champion swimmer has been charged with mu*der in the fatal beating of a Maui security guard.Michael Dyer, 63, was found de*d early Aug. 5 at the Sands of Kahana condominium complex in Lahaina. Police say he was attacked in his office around 1:45 a.m.Surveillance video showed a nak*d man assaulting Dyer before fleeing. Officers later found Legend Storer, 20, wandering nearby still unclothed and with abrasions. He was arrested and charged with second-degree mu*der, first-degree burglary, and indecent exposure.Storer, a two-time Maui high school swimming champion, remains in custody without bail.
