@lynne_fit: 👋 Here is a brilliant upper body workout library that you can put on repeat. Save this little library down 💪Any combination of exercises here would create the best upper body workout. Sometimes it can be hard to know what to do so hopefully you’ll find this helpful. 👀 You can see which muscles are worked in each exercise so use that to your advantage. ℹ️ Remember workouts don’t have to be complicated to be effective but they do need to get done. ➡️ 12 Rep sets are a good place to start and if you’re a beginner I would suggest either 1 or 2kg dumbbells for upper body and either 4 or 5kg for lower body. This will get you started and once you get stronger you can expand your collection as they’ll always go to good use. ❓What’s your favorite upper body exercise if you were to choose?
i've been following you for quite some time now and been meaning to ask how do you quiet down your traps when working out. mine is becoming a bit bulky and i don't want big traps because i'm on the shorter side.
