You may as well still try and ask for an extension on the appeal, especially if you can claim extenuating circumstances or have proof of diagnosis that may lead to the need for reasonably adjustments.

You are not alone. I am even in the field of accounting and I can do really well with my finances for a while and then life gets busy or I get stressed and it all falls apart again. Consistency is definitely difficult for me.
