According to Ulta it’s not .1 oz it’s .003 oz which is just ridiculous. I loved the UD eyeliner that’s similar to this, and I used it up in 3 weeks. It’s just unreasonable to think that an average consumer can afford this, despite having no doubt that it’s a gorgeous product. The greed is just disappointing, and I love HM.

I need a proper water line test with the black. I have NEVER found a waterline pencil that has not smudged and ended up sliding under my lash line. I’m from Canada and I will drive to an ULTA if I have to.
