Hi everyone — quick update. This video is from yesterday. I didn’t have time to post it then because everything was happening so fast. We are in a hotel now, but we still have NOT received the refund from Hampton Inn & Suites Agoura Hills. When I contacted the manager again and said I may have to consider legal action at this point, she replied with “I’ll see you in court then.” I’m documenting everything and keeping the timeline clear. Thank you all for the support — it means more than you know.

Just do a chargeback and show your debit or credit card company the emails. You will get your money back right away. Hilton doesn’t ban for no reason. Guess there is more to this story than you are sharing.
