What worked for me: cut morning nap at one sleep cycle so either 30 or 45 mins. Then 3-3.5 hours later, a 2 hour afternoon nap. If they woke after only one sleep cycle for the afternoon nap, I worked hard to resettle them back to sleep again so they would get the idea that 1-3 is nap time! This took patience and consistency ! Mind you, they’re only just one year old, so we aren’t technically on one nap. But I know it will be easy to drop that morning cat nap and shift that afternoon nap eventually to their one a day nap which will roughly be 12-2:30

Are they tab diapers?? You may need to either tab the diaper backwards for go to a pull up style diaper!

If they wake up before 2 hours, let them stir for 10-15 mins. Half the time they will put themself back to sleep 🥰

I put their sleep sack on backwards because we were having that issue!! Works like a charm! Also we went cold turkey to transition to one nap. Did it about a month ago. Rough day or two to get them to make it to 1230 but after two days we were ok schedule! Now for some reason we stopped napping more than 1.5 hrs which is annoying! Just turned 17 months

My twins are on 1 nap! Took 2 weeks but they now sleep close to 2 hours!! One nap was 2.5!

Mabey zip the sleep sacks back the front so they can’t get them off .

Try putting the sleep sack on backwards so she can't get to her diaper!! One day it's going to be a poop mess to clean 😂😂
