I absolutely believe kids can say what they want, long as they use it properly and not maliciously 😂😂

In our house we’ve all got potty mouths and my youngest daughter said “for fucks sake” whilst we had to wait for a Macdonalds after a 10hr road trip😳 At the end of the day she said it in context lol I was allowed to swear at home so it wasn’t ever a big thing out of the house and it’s been the same for my grown up kids! Now we’re on to Grandchildren 🤪🤪

We swear around my son (10). Always have. He chanced his arm as a tot but now absolutely won’t swear without permission 😂 we just explained if you hurt yourself and swear that’s ok but we don’t swear at people 🙈

My eldest told someone at school to P off and I got yoinked by the teacher. I was surprised as that is not a common phrase from me and I said he must have learnt it from my sister. I got The Look and had to point out if he had learnt it from me it would have been MUCH worse 🤣!

We are a sweary household. We were out for dinner with my in laws the other day and I had to keep kicking my twenty year old under the table because he just can’t keep a lid on it 🙊

It’s part of parenting - kids say things and they have to learn what is acceptable and what isn’t - it’s part of learning language! What I’m saying is don’t feel bad it’s normal!! Wait until they’re teenagers and get together to roast you 😳🤣

I always swore around my kids, people were horrified, but they learnt the words, and normalising it took the heat out of them, they never swear because they think it's funny or to gain attention. I'd rather they learn them this way than hear them in school and think it's funny and start shouting them constantly. They're teenagers now and rarely ever swear

My character filled 3 year old who seems to have copied each and every swear word known to man, as well as finger gestures! He is my third. Kids are kids. I just try my hardest not to to laugh usually!!

I have the worst potty mouth and always been totally honest with my boys and tell them they’re adult words to the point my nearly 11 year old asks if I can think about him saying crap 🤙🏻😂 my 7 and 3 year old though different story I think it’s just something you just have to handle it how you want to. There’s no right or wrong way IMO anyway it’s how you would like them to grow up with them words. However you do it keep it up this parenting shit is hard! 😂
