My 1st hubby passed away when I was 46. I was his caregiver and worked full time. I was the bread winner, maid, taxi, nurse, cook, etc. for years. I wouldn't have changed a thing other than maybe let people help. Many offered but I was always "I got this, thanks." By the time I really need it, no one was asking amymore & I have a hard time asking fir help. When he passed I realized I had no idea who I was anymore. I had to really find myself again. When I started dating my current hubby, I told him, I spent so many years with no me time or no down time, I need my space and some me time. He agreed and we just celebrated our 10 year anniversary. You go girl! You be you ❣️
