the men I know have gone through a lot. What I would give for them to cry,let it all out and be vulnerable. To remember that they’re also human and don’t always need to be strong. I’d be there ready to catch them all. Try to remind them that it’s okay but hey these people are too tough to crack,it’s really up to them
