They’re the perfect no-cook appetizer for parties, brunches, or a quick snack! 🥒 RECIPE 🍽 Makes: 18–24 bites 🛒 INGREDIENTS Tuna Salad 2 (5 oz) cans tuna, drained ⅓ cup mayonnaise 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped Salt and black pepper, to taste For the Bites 1 large cucumber 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced into thick rounds 18–24 whole green olives Fresh dill sprigs 18–24 bamboo cocktail picks 👩‍🍳 DIRECTIONS 1. In a bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy but still slightly chunky. 2. Slice the cucumber into thick rounds, about ¾ inch (2 cm) thick. 3. Spoon or pipe a generous mound of tuna salad onto each cucumber slice. 4.
