THE BEST VEGAN SNACKS IF YOU’RE TRYING TO STAY LEAN 🌱🔥 One of the biggest mistakes I see people make when trying to lose fat is thinking: “It’s vegan, so I can eat as much as I want.” Nah 😂 Calories still count. The way I look at snacks is simple: the more frequently I eat something, the more I care about how filling it is for the calories. 🍓 S-TIER: Fruit, air-popped popcorn, vegetables, salads, seaweed snacks. High-volume options that can make staying within your calories easier. 💪🏾 A-TIER: Protein powder, seitan, tofu, plant-based Greek-style yogurt. Great when I want something more protein-focused. 🍎 B-TIER: Apples, edamame, sweet potatoes, rice cakes, hummus + veggies. Still solid choices, but portions and toppings can change the calories quickly. 🥤 C-TIER: Smoothies, açaí bowls, protein bars and Buddha bowls. Nothing wrong with them—but they can become surprisingly calorie-dense depending on what's inside. 🥜 D-TIER: Nuts, granola, dried fruit and dates. Nutritious? Absolutely. But they're easy to eat a LOT of calories from without feeling as full. 🍪 F-TIER: Cookies, chips, vegan ice cream, gummies and trail mix. I still eat this stuff—I just treat it like what it is: fun food, not everyday fuel. And that's the point. You don't have to eliminate your favorite foods to get lean. Build most of your diet around foods that make your calories easier to control, then leave room for the foods you simply enjoy. Want to see how I structure my nutrition to stay lean without giving up everything I like? Comment “SIX PACK” and I’ll send you my Six Pack Guide. 💪🏾🔥
