Friendly reminder that Signora was warned multiple times her cockiness will get her killed, with even Scaramouche himself warning her she will die to Raiden if she stays reckless, proceeded to accept the dual before the throne, threatened Raiden, then died. She knew the risks and consequences, so did Traveler, no Traveler did not kill Signora, and all the harbingers know they will very much die for being a harbinger

I think this video shows why it’s okay to be disappointed… 😭 like you said every time we meet the archon even if they are evil at first we end up befriending them, I think it’s okay to want a narrative change for the story it’s very easy to keep the same formula but it becomes predictable. No one thought Columbina would be “power of friendship coded” until the quest, and really it was only after that that we back analysed the dialogue to understand what it meant, to say it didn’t feel like a change up is false, even if both narrative routes are valid it is also valid to be disappointed they chose the easy one, it is valid to want more from them. That being said there is a HUGE problem with purity culture in the genshin fanbase, they are way too fast to shame female characters for immodest outfit as if we are playing Jehovahs Witness Impact
