I have put a baby gate to keep my son in the living room and the dog will be my excuse why we cant tour rooms and they see her size and eyes and I have never been asked to go on a tour 😁

I’d like the case record to reflect that I’m cooperating with the assessment but I would like an explanation of why access to the entire home is necessary? I can explain what supports and protections are needed for my child and I’ve also documented as well.

I definitely said that do you know they did not check her room although she has a really nice clean Neat bedroom with her TV computer? I still said no. My autistic daughter is 30 years old and I said she doesn't like you invading her privacy. I understand that sometimes they need to check to make sure the child is sleeping safe but no.

Social workers should be observing your child and functional limitations. If the bedroom can support explaining safety needs and or measures in place it really is up to you if you want to show your entire home. I never ever have. I do the visit in one room and dont show the entire hours to social workers.

I don't live in CA. I live in PA. I got denied HHA because my doctor didn't fill out forms correctly, some answers were missing, as well as me not documenting daily activities correctly so denied due to not being "medically necessary". It's confusing what they're wanting. I thought I was very detailed about all the help with activities of daily living and lack of independence along with need for supervision.. They want a better log. Does your book tell the steps for getting the initial approval and what verbiage to use and will it apply for all states?

same lady who came in 2024 and 2025. she called cps in 2024 she said I looked exhausted and questioned me homeschooling. I have a private affidavit btw. then in 2025 she called again following the meeting cuz my kitchen sink was broke and I have a pool with a locked gate. now she's coming back. and I wonder what her reason will be this time to call cps on me. I still homeschool. my sink works. I'm not exhausted. my pool is drained. I have dogs. maybe that will be her reason thos time. maybe I'll look tired to her again. maybe my daughter will have a meltdown I front of her. Last time my daughter did that in 2024 this lady look so terrified like she never saw a autistic child before
