I’d argue friren would treat Dante like she a treated the noble ones in public. Silently looking for a validating reason to brutally kill him…. And then when she sees him fighting (trying to “save” her from the demons) it will give her not pause, but a reason to focus on him long enough to see the human half is dominant…. Virgil on the other hand…😬

Well, also, devils in DMC are completely different from the demons in Frieren which are essentially humanoid mimics. DMC’s devils, meanwhile, are fully sentient beings with functioning moral compasses. E.g. Sparda waking up to justice and sealing off the demon realm to protect his family and the entire human race by extension.
