As Gen Z who works with a bunch of Millennials and boomers they complain but they are perfectly fine with staying stagnant. Which is something I am not. We as Gen z want more for our lives. I want to grow, I want to learn, I want to make a change in the world. They do not understand the power of YOLO (You only live once) so why not go and do something big. Go fail a few times until you succeed. They are scared to live and we as Gen Z are not. And I love it!
