Do @lays have gluten?? It depends on the product. Certain bags of “regular” Lays chips like the Original or Wavy flavors have no suspect gluten ingredients and are labeled Gluten Free. However, flavors like Sour Cream & Onion 😭 have Natural Flavors listed as an ingredient and DO NOT have a Gluten Free label. If a company specifically has one product labeled Gluten Free but others do not have that label (while containing suspect ingredients), that’s a HUGE red flag for me and I will not eat it. Their website also does not have them marked as gluten free, while other versions of Lays are. I know I’ll still get the “I eat it and never get sick” comments, but when there’s flags like this PLEASE be careful and do not encourage others that have celiac disease or other gluten restrictions to eat something that is suspicious at best, especially when there are plenty of good alternatives available for them. #celiac #celiacdisease #glutenfree #celiactiktok #foodallergies #glutenfreesnacks #glutenfreechips #pringles #layschips #figpartner @Fig | Gluten Free App
