Bro many countries do this. In 🇫🇮 it’s normal to cut a hole in the ice and go swim there after a MUCH hotter sauna. No you won’t get into a shock and die, it’s actually very healthy to do so. But the fast and heavy stream? Now that’s dangerous!!
