#VNVideoEditor POTATO, TOMATO & EGG SKILLET — EASY AND DELICIOUS THE BEST POTATO & EGG BREAKFAST IN ONE PAN! INGREDIENTS: ● Potatoes — 2–3 medium, boiled until almost tender ● Eggs — 5 Pcs. ● Tomato — 1 medium ● Onion — 1 Pc. ● Tomato paste — 1 tbsp. ● Mozzarella cheese — 150 g ● Vegetable oil — 3–4 tbsp. ● Dried garlic — 1 tsp. ● Smoked paprika — 1 tsp. ● Oregano — 1 tsp. ● Chili flakes — 1 tsp. (optional) ● Salt — 1 tsp. + to taste INSTRUCTIONS: 1.Heat 3–4 tbsp. of vegetable oil in a skillet. 2.Peel the onion, cut it into thin strips, and add it to the skillet. Sauté for a couple of minutes until slightly softened. 3.Cut the tomato into small cubes and add it to the skillet. 4.Add 1 tbsp. of tomato paste, dried garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, and salt. 5.Mix everything well and cook for another couple of minutes. 6.Cut the boiled potatoes into medium-sized cubes and add them to the skillet. 7.Mix everything together and spread the mixture evenly across the skillet. 8.Beat 5 eggs with a little salt until smooth. 9.Pour the egg mixture evenly over the potatoes and vegetables. 10.Cover with a lid and cook over medium-low heat until the eggs are almost completely set. 11.Sprinkle 150 g of grated mozzarella evenly over the top. 12.If desired, sprinkle with chili flakes for extra flavor and a little color. 13.Cover with a lid and cook for a few more minutes until the cheese is completely melted. 14.Serve hot, either directly from the skillet or transfer it carefully to a plate and cut into portions. 15.If the egg mixture is still slightly soft, this dish is delicious with fresh bread for dipping. ●Enjoy your meal● ●Save the recipe● ●It's incredibly delicious and very simple!!!● Bon appetit!
